家庭和助理五条规则

1. 人身安全第一。 如有人面临即时危险，在安全的情况下尽快联系当地紧急救援。不要为保住财物而冒生命危险。
2. 通过原有渠道回拨核实。 即使对方自称家人或雇主，也要通过已保存号码或官方渠道独立核实异常要求。
3. 不按来电指示秘密转账。 不因所谓调查或家庭急事而转账、提供验证码、共享屏幕或安装软件。
4. 核实来访和行程变更。 临时接送、司机、送货和维修安排，都通过约定联系人确认。
5. 出错或遇险尽快报告。 点了链接、泄露信息、丢了设备或感到不安全，都及时告知指定联系人。先解决问题，不责备。

Our five rules

1. People first. If someone is in immediate danger, get local emergency help as soon as it is safe. Do not protect money at the cost of life.
2. Call back independently. Verify unusual requests using a known saved number or official channel, including requests apparently from a family member or employer.
3. No secret transfers. Do not transfer money, reveal codes, share a screen or install an app because a caller claims there is an urgent investigation or family emergency.
4. Check visitors and changes. Verify unexpected pickups, drivers, deliveries and maintenance visits through the agreed contact.
5. Report mistakes early. Tell the designated person promptly if you clicked, shared information, lost a device or feel unsafe. We will focus on helping.

A frightening voice or video is a reason to verify, not proof by itself. If there is reason to believe someone is actually in danger, involve police immediately while another trusted person tries the known contact route. Do not wait for a family member to answer before seeking urgent help.
